1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and vk8 bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the vk8 bd platform at https://vk8-bd.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

One Account Per Player

Where duplicate accounts are identified, vk8 bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

Account Security

All financial transactions on vk8 bd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vk8 bd does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Players bear sole responsibility for any currency conversion fees that may be applied by their payment provider.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits apply and vary by payment method. Deposits

Deposits are credited to your vk8 bd account balance in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. vk8 bd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within a reasonable period, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. Before processing any withdrawal, vk8 bd may require the player to complete full KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following successful verification. vk8 bd reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal fraud-prevention systems.

Dormant Account Fees

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. vk8 bd reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. The account holder may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated at the time of the offer. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the vk8 bd platform — including slots, live dealer table games, virtual sports, and crash games — are provided by third-party game studios and operate in accordance with those studios' published rules and return-to-player (RTP) configurations. vk8 bd does not independently develop or control the outcome of any game.

Random Number Generation

7 Prohibited Conduct & Account Closure

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vk8 bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using automated bots, software scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or betting markets
• Colluding with other players in card games, tournaments, or any other competitive format

Account Closure by vk8 bd

vk8 bd reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached this Agreement or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players. In cases of proven fraud or breach, vk8 bd may retain the account balance as damages.

Voluntary Account Closure

8 Responsible Gaming

Platform Availability

Any dispute arising from a third-party payment or game transaction must be addressed directly with the relevant provider, though vk8 bd will provide reasonable assistance where possible.

Maximum Liability Cap

10 Amendments & Governing Law

Notice of Material Changes

Where vk8 bd makes material changes to this Agreement — that is, changes that significantly affect the rights or obligations of registered players — we will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to each player's account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, constitutes the entire agreement between the player and vk8 bd with respect to use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

Governing Law

vk8 bd operates on an offshore basis. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform is incorporated. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. Players agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any claims against vk8 bd must be brought in an individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.
